Liane completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McGill University, followed by her Master of Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2012. Since then, she has completed training from the McKenzie Institute of Canada for mechanical diagnosis and treatments of neck and back pain. She has also studied acupuncture and K-taping. Liane has developed a special interest in women’s health issues and has been actively furthering her education in this field. She completed post-graduate training in pelvic floor rehabilitation to address issues such as prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, and dysfunctions related to the abdominal wall and the postpartum core. Her ultimate goal is to provide quality patient-centered physiotherapy care to the community, while empowering clients to engage in active rehabilitation. Outside of work, Liane enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, playing piano, and improving her yoga practice.

Son objectif ultime est de fournir à la communauté des soins de physiothérapie centrés sur le patient, tout en permettant aux clients de s’engager dans une réadaptation active. Elle s’est notamment perfectionnée en thérapie manuelle pour rétablir efficacement des blessures et des conditions orthopédiques, thérapie des troubles vestibulaires/étourdissements, des commotions cérébrales, ainsi que des troubles de la mâchoire. Elle parfait continuellement son éducation afin d’offrir des exercises spécifiques et personnalisés.

Elle offre des services de physiothérapie adaptés à vos besoins, incluant des évaluations de la mobilité servant à améliorer la fonction physique, que ce soit pour un retour au sport, au travail ou simplement pour garder une meilleure forme!

She attended various training in manual therapy, to address orthopedic injuries and conditions, took series of courses in the treatment of vestibular/dizziness issues, concussions, jaw dysfunctions (TMJ), and recently geared her continuing education towards specific and personalized exercise program prescription.

She offers her clients the most suitable physiotherapy treatments, including mobility assessments for the refinement of your function, whether for a return to sports, work or simply to stay in the best of shape!

Marie-Eve a complété son Baccalauréat en Physiothérapie à l’Université d’Ottawa en 2006.

Depuis, elle a approfondi ses connaissances et techniques en orthopédie en suivant diverses formations post-graduées. Elle a notamment approfondi sa formation en thérapie manuelle avancée et suivi une formation du McKenzie Institute sur le diagnostique mécanique et les traitements des maux de dos.

De plus, elle a complété des formations sur le diagnostic et le traitement des problèmes vestibulaires/étourdissements ainsi qu’en thérapie Cranio-facial (formation CRAFTA) afin d’adresser efficacement les maux reliés à la tête, au visage, ou a l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire. Marie-Eve a aussi suivi cours et enseignements pour la prévention des blessures en courses à pied. Mis à part ses intérêts pour la physiothérapie.

Marie-Eve aime passer du temps en famille, surtout en pratiquant des activités et sports extérieurs, ainsi qu’en voyageant afin de découvrir tout ce que le monde a à nous offrir!
